Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has an overall score of 64.9, which is better than the Amazon Fire HD 10's 54.8 global score. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a more recent 5.1 Lollipop version and Amazon Fire HD 10 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version, so it counts with some nice extra features. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 and Amazon Fire HD 10 were released only 5 months apart, Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0's construction is lighter but thicker than Amazon Fire HD 10.

Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a bit better looking display than Amazon Fire HD 10, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab E 8.0 also counts with a higher pixel number in each inch of display. The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a way better battery duration than Amazon Fire HD 10. Galaxy Tab E 8.0 captures way better photographs and videos than Amazon Fire HD 10.
