IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has an overall score of 74.8, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019)'s general score of 62.4. IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen) has iPadOS 16.x OS, while Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) has Android, Amazon Fire UI OS. IPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen)'s design is way thinner and noticeably lighter than the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019).
The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) counts with an extremely better processor than iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), although it has 6 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) counts with a bit sharper screen than Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), although it has a much lower resolution of 1200 x 1920, a really smaller screen and a just a bit worse screen density.

So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Apple iPad Pro 13-inch (7th Gen), otherwise you can save some money and buy the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), giving up some features and specs.
