Galaxy Tab Active is just a bit better than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), getting a 67 score against 62.4. Galaxy Tab Active works with Android 4.4 OS, and Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) comes with Android, Amazon Fire UI OS. Although Galaxy Tab Active is incredibly older than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), it's construction is a little thinner and a lot lighter.
The Galaxy Tab Active features a little bit better looking screen than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), although it has a just a bit lower pixels density, a way smaller display and a way lower 1280 x 800 resolution. The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with 512 MB more RAM memory and a greater number of cores.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active takes much clearer pictures and videos than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active also has a way higher resolution back-facing camera. Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) counts with a much better storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active, because it has 32 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 512 GB.
Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) counts with a superior battery duration than Galaxy Tab Active, because it has a 42% larger battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab Active is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019). If you are trying to save some money, you can get Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
