Comparison review
The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) has a general score of 61.8, which is a little bit better than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s overall score of 59.7. The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) construction is newer and a bit thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s, although it is heavier. These tablets come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (operating system), so they should provide very similar OS features.
Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) has just a little better hardware performance than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) also has a greater number of cores. Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) has a bit better looking screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a much higher 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution, a little better pixels amount per inch of display and a larger display.

The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) counts with a battery life that's very similar to Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021)'s battery performance.
