The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a global score of 67.9, which is just a bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021)'s 61.8 score. Both devices we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has older 4.4 version and Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) has Android 9.0 Pie version. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is an incredibly older tablet device than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021), but it's somewhat thinner and lighter anyway.
