Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a global score of 68.7, which is much better than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021)'s global score of 61.8. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is an incredibly older tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021), but Samsung was able to make it thinner and notably lighter anyway. Both tablets in this comparison review use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has an older 4.2.2 version and Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) has a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores and more RAM. The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) counts with a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, because it has a little bit greater quantity of pixels per inch of screen, a way higher 1200 x 1920 resolution and a bigger display.
The Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a better camera than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021). Both of them have the same 1280x720 video definition, a camera in the back with a 5 mega-pixels resolution and the same video frame rate. Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) features a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1 TB.
