Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus (2021) is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab E, with a 62.8 score against 60.7. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus (2021) has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy Tab E has Android 4.4 version, so it gives some additional features and some performance improvements.
