Comparison review
Microsoft Surface RT is just a bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 10, getting a general score of 58.4 against 54. Microsoft Surface RT comes with Windows RT OS, and Amazon Fire HD 10 works with Android 5.0 OS. Although it's the best portable tablet in this comparison, the Microsoft Surface RT design is notably older, way heavier and somewhat thicker than the Amazon Fire HD 10.
Microsoft Surface RT counts with a little more vivid screen than Amazon Fire HD 10, because although it has a bit worse screen pixels density, it also counts with a little bit larger display and a slightly better resolution of 768 x 1366px. Amazon Fire HD 10 has a bit bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Microsoft Surface RT, although it has less internal memory capacity.
Microsoft Surface RT counts with just a little better processing power than Amazon Fire HD 10, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory, an additional GPU and 3 more cpu cores. Amazon Fire HD 10 and Microsoft Surface RT both feature extremely similar batteries. Amazon Fire HD 10 counts with a much better camera than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video definition, the Amazon Fire HD 10 also has a lot better 5 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
The Microsoft Surface RT not only is the best tablets of the ones we compare here, but it's also a bargain compared to the other tablets.
