Comparison review
The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a general score of 68.5, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 6's score of 55. Both of these tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has the older 4.2.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 6 has Android 4.4. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 construction is noticeably thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 6, but it is a lot heavier and was released around a year before.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 features a better looking screen than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has a better pixel amount per inch of screen, a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560px and a way larger display. The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has a much greater memory capacity to store more apps and games than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has 64 GB internal memory.
