Asus Transformer Pad TF303CL is a much heavier but just a bit thinner tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 6. Both of these tablets include the same Android 4.4 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features.
The Amazon Fire HD 6 has a little faster processing unit than Asus Transformer Pad TF303CL, although it has 1 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
