Microsoft Surface RT has a global score of 58.4, which is a little bit better than Amazon Fire HD 6's 55 general score. The Microsoft Surface RT counts with Windows RT OS, while Amazon Fire HD 6 counts with Android 4.4 OS. Even though Microsoft Surface RT is extremely older and notably heavier than the Amazon Fire HD 6, it's construction is still just a bit thinner.
Amazon Fire HD 6 counts with a brighter screen than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a much smaller display and a bit worse 1280 x 800 resolution, it also counts with a much greater screen pixel density.
