Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has an overall score of 62.5, which is much better than Amazon Fire HD 6's 55 overall score. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE body is noticeably heavier but thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 6. These devices work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has an older 3.1 version while Amazon Fire HD 6 has Android 4.4.

The Amazon Fire HD 6 features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Amazon Fire HD 6 also has more CPU cores. Amazon Fire HD 6 counts with a much better screen than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because although it has a much smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, the Amazon Fire HD 6 also counts with a lot better screen pixels density.

Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Amazon Fire HD 6. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, else you can save some dollars and get the Amazon Fire HD 6, letting go a couple features and specs.
