Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 6, with a overall score of 65.9 against 55. The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is an older and noticeably heavier tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 6, but Samsung managed to build it way thinner anyway. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch has older 4.2 version and Amazon Fire HD 6 has Android 4.4.
Amazon Fire HD 6 features a little bit better performance than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Amazon Fire HD 6 also has 2 more processing cores. Amazon Fire HD 6 features a sharper screen than Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch, because although it has a lot smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1280 x 800 resolution, the Amazon Fire HD 6 also counts with a way higher screen density.
The Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch counts with a way better camera than Amazon Fire HD 6, and although they both have the same 1280x720 video definition and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch also has a lot more MP camera in the back. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch features a much bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has 16 GB more internal storage and a SD memory slot that supports up to 64 GB.

Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Amazon Fire HD 6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Amazon Fire HD 6. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Amazon Fire HD 6, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
