Comparison review
Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is better than Amazon Fire HD 6, getting a 65.6 score against 55. These tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has 4.4.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 6 has Android 4.4 version, so it gives some extra features and performance enhancements. Even though Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 and Amazon Fire HD 6 were only released with a couple of months difference, Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is somewhat thinner and a little lighter.
The Amazon Fire HD 6 features a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, although it has 512 MB less RAM, they both have 4 cores. The Amazon Fire HD 6 has a little more vivid display than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the Amazon Fire HD 6 also counts with a little greater quantity of pixels in each screen inch.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 features a lot better camera than Amazon Fire HD 6, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also has a camera with a lot higher resolution.
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 costs a lot more money than Amazon Fire HD 6, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
