Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 has a general score of 62.6, which is better than the Amazon Fire HD 6's general score of 55. Both tablets in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 has the newer 11 version while Amazon Fire HD 6 has Android 4.4 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab A8's construction is newer and thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 6's, but it is heavier.
The Amazon Fire HD 6 has a much greater processing power than Galaxy Tab A8, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and an inferior number of cores (but faster). Amazon Fire HD 6 counts with a much sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab A8, because although it has a way lower resolution of 1280 x 800 and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a quite better number of pixels per inch of display.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 has a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has 16 GB more internal storage capacity and a SD memory slot that supports up to 1 TB. The Galaxy Tab A8 has a very superior battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HD 6. The Galaxy Tab A8 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has a way better resolution back camera.
