Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a general score of 64.9, which is better than Amazon Fire HD 6's score of 55. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 is somewhat heavier than Amazon Fire HD 6, it's somewhat thinner and newer. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a more recent 5.1 Lollipop version and Amazon Fire HD 6 has Android 4.4 version.

The Amazon Fire HD 6 has just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 4 CPU cores. Amazon Fire HD 6 counts with a lot better looking display than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has a way smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1280 x 800 resolution, the Amazon Fire HD 6 also counts with a higher display pixel density.
