Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 6, getting a 78.5 score against 55. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 body is noticeably thinner but noticeably heavier than the Amazon Fire HD 6, and both were only released with a couple months difference. Both tablets in this comparison work with the same Android 4.4 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 counts with just a bit better display than Amazon Fire HD 6, because although it has a little lower amount of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a lot larger screen and a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560. The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a lot bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB and more internal storage capacity.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a way better camera than Amazon Fire HD 6, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also has a back-facing camera with way more mega-pixels.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is way more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 6, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
