Comparison review
Xperia Z2 Tablet has a global score of 69.8, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 6's 55 general score. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia Z2 Tablet has a newer 4.4.4 version and Amazon Fire HD 6 has Android 4.4. Xperia Z2 Tablet's design is heavier but incredibly thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 6, and both were released with only 7 months difference.
Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has a screen that's very similar to the display in Amazon Fire HD 6, because although the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet has a just a little worse pixels number per inch in the screen, it also counts with a much bigger screen and a much better resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. Xperia Z2 Tablet has a greater hardware performance than Amazon Fire HD 6, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Xperia Z2 Tablet also has 2 GB more RAM memory and an additional graphics processing unit.
The Xperia Z2 Tablet features a much better memory for applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 6, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Xperia Z2 Tablet also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 64 GB. Xperia Z2 Tablet counts with a much longer battery duration than Amazon Fire HD 6.
The Xperia Z2 Tablet features a lot better camera than Amazon Fire HD 6, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xperia Z2 Tablet also has a back camera with way more mega pixels.
Xperia Z2 Tablet is a lot more expensive than Amazon Fire HD 6, but you can get a much better tablet for that few extra dollars.
