The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a general score of 58.6, which is a little bit better than Amazon Fire HD 7's 53.9 score. Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s construction is incredibly newer and a little bit thinner than Amazon Fire HD 7's, but it is just a little heavier. Both tablets in this comparison include Android OS, but the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4 version.
