Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface RT is a little bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 7, with a 58.4 score against 53.9. The Microsoft Surface RT comes with Windows RT operating system, while Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4 operating system. The Microsoft Surface RT is a incredibly older and incredibly heavier tablet than Amazon Fire HD 7, but Microsoft managed to make it thinner anyway.
Amazon Fire HD 7 features a more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has a quite lower 1280 x 800px resolution and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel amount in each inch of display. Microsoft Surface RT counts with a little better performance than Amazon Fire HD 7, and although they both have 4 cores, the Microsoft Surface RT also has a larger amount of RAM and an additional graphics co-processor.
The Microsoft Surface RT counts with a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Amazon Fire HD 7, because it has more internal memory capacity. Microsoft Surface RT's battery life is very similar to the Amazon Fire HD 7 one. Amazon Fire HD 7 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Amazon Fire HD 7 also has a back camera with a much better 2 MP resolution.
In addition to being the best tablet in our current comparison, Microsoft Surface RT is also very cheap compared to the other ones, which makes it a no doubt choice.
