Even though the Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 is extremely heavier than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), it's much thinner and also notably newer. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 has the older 14 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie.
