Comparison review
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has a score of 60.4, which is a little bit better than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s 58.6 general score. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 is a somewhat thinner but just a little heavier tablet than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has the older 4.3 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 has a much better display than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). They have a display of the same size, an equal resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and the same pixels density. The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) features a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 32 GB internal storage capacity.
The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a bit more powerful CPU than Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have the same number of cores, the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) also counts with more RAM. Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 features a very superior battery duration than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020).
Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 shoots a lot better videos and photos than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 also has a much more mega-pixels camera in the back.
Although Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
