The Lenovo TAB3 10 is a little bit better than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), getting a global score of 61.9 against 58.6. These devices have Android OS, but Lenovo TAB3 10 has older 6.0 Marshmallow version and Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie.
