The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), getting a 77.4 score against 58.6. The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is an extremely older and extremely heavier portable tablet than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), but Samsung managed to make it thinner anyway. These tablets use Android operating system, but GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has 4.4.2 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.

GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) counts with a much more vibrant screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a way greater number of pixels per inch in the screen, a much higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a larger display.
