Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a global score of 65.6, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s 58.6 score. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's construction is way lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), although it was released many years before. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has older 4.4.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie.
Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) counts with a bit faster CPU than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 features a sharper screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also counts with a little better number of pixels per screen inch.

Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 takes much better videos and photos than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 also has a way more mega pixels back facing camera.
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is way more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
