Comparison review

Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a score of 74.6, which is much better than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s overall score of 58.6. Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is an a lot older and notably heavier tablet than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), but Samsung managed to make it noticeably thinner anyway. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has the previous 4.4 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a much better looking display than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a bigger screen, a much higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a way higher display density. Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) features a lot bigger memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) also has a SD extension slot that holds up to 1000 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a little faster processing unit than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has an additional graphics co-processor. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a much better camera than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a way more MP back-facing camera and a way better video definition.

Although Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
