Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a general score of 78.5, which is a lot better than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s global score of 58.6. Despite of the fact the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is extremely older and heavier than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), it's body is still thinner. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has older 4.4 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie.

Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a little bit better processing power than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 also has a higher amount of RAM memory and an extra graphics co-processor. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a lot better display than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a lot bigger screen, a much higher 1600 x 2560 resolution and a greater display pixel density.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a much better camera than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a much better 1920x1080 video definition and a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels.
