Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is much better than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), having a 78.6 score against 58.6. Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e's construction is thinner than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), but it is somewhat heavier and was released about a year before. Both devices in this review include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e has the previous 10 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Galaxy Tab S5e features a sharper screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has a lot greater pixel density, a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a lot bigger display. Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e counts with a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because although it has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB against 1000 GB, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
The Galaxy Tab S5e features a bit better processing power than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), because it has 2 GB more RAM memory and 4 more CPU cores.
