Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), having a 68.5 score against 59.7. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is a incredibly older and just a little bit heavier tablet device than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), but Amazon was able to make it somewhat thinner anyway. These tablets use Android OS, but the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has 4.2.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie.
Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 features a much sharper screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a lot better amount of pixels per inch of display, a little larger display and a lot higher 1600 x 2560 resolution.
