IPad Pro 11-inch (2021) is a lot better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), having an 86.4 score against 59.7. The iPad Pro 11-inch (2021) counts with iPadOS 14.x OS, and Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) counts with Android 9.0 Pie OS.
