Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), with a overall score of 66.1 against 59.7. These tablets come with Android OS, but the Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has the older 13 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
