Comparison review
The Google Nexus 9 is a lot better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), with a 74.5 score against 59.7. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but Google Nexus 9 has the older 5.0 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version. Google Nexus 9 is a notably older and heavier device than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), but Google was able to make it thinner anyway.
The Google Nexus 9 features a little better performance than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU. Google Nexus 9 features a much better screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a much better display pixels density, a bit larger screen and a lot higher resolution of 2048 x 1536px.
The Google Nexus 9 features a greater camera than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels and a much better 1920x1080 video resolution. Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has a much better storage to store more apps and games than Google Nexus 9, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) also has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.

Google Nexus 9 costs a lot more money than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
