Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a general score of 72.2, which is a lot better than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s 59.7 global score. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a way older and extremely heavier tablet device than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), but Microsoft managed to build it just a bit thinner anyway. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, while Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie operating system.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a more vivid display than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a much bigger screen, a way better 1440 x 2160 resolution and a just a little higher number of pixels per inch in the screen. Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has a bit faster processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster).
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a much greater memory capacity for applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
