OSCAL Pad 15 is just a bit better than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), having a 64.4 score against 59.7. OSCAL Pad 15 is a thinner but a lot heavier tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020). Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but the OSCAL Pad 15 has older 13 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
