GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a score of 77.4, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s 59.7 score. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has the older 4.4.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version. Even though GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is extremely older and heavier than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), it's construction is still somewhat thinner.
GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a way better looking display than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a way greater pixels number per inch of screen, a larger display and a way higher resolution of 1600 x 2560. GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a little bit better hardware performance than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and although they both have 3 GB of RAM memory and a Quad-Core processing unit, the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has a GPU.
The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition), because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) captures way better photographs and videos than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a way better resolution back-facing camera and a lot higher (Full HD) video definition.
