GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a score of 77.4, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s 59.7 score. These tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has the older 4.4.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version. Even though GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) is extremely older and heavier than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), it's construction is still somewhat thinner.

GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) has a way better looking display than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a way greater pixels number per inch of screen, a larger display and a way higher resolution of 1600 x 2560. GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) features a little bit better hardware performance than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and although they both have 3 GB of RAM memory and a Quad-Core processing unit, the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) also has a GPU.
