The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), having a score of 62.5 against 59.7. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a thinner but extremely heavier tablet than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020). Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has an older 3.1 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has just a bit better screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because although it has a bit lower count of pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have the same resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE also counts with a bigger display. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE also has a much more MP back camera.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE counts with a much better battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020).

Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020). So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), letting go a couple features and specs.
