Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 is much better than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), having a overall score of 67.8 against 59.7. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's construction is somewhat thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), although it's much heavier and was released 6 years before. Both of these tablets use Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has the previous 4.4.2 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, and they both have the same number of cores, the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) also counts with 1,5 GB more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has a bit more vivid display than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because although it has a just a bit lower pixels density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also counts with a bigger display.
The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has 32 GB internal storage and an external SD slot that allows up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a much longer battery performance than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020).
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (HD) video definition, the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 also has a lot better resolution camera.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 costs more than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), but you can get a better tablet for that extra dollars.
