Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), having a score of 63.5 against 59.7. Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE's design is thinner and a little lighter than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020). These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has an older 4.0 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie version.

So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), giving up some features and specs.
