The Galaxy Tab E has an overall score of 60.7, which is a bit better than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s global score of 59.7. The Galaxy Tab E construction is thinner than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), but it is incredibly heavier and was released 5 years before. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Tab E has 4.4 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie.

The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) has just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) also has more RAM.
