The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has a general score of 65.7, which is just a bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020)'s 59.7 overall score. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has Android OS, and Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) comes with Android 9.0 Pie OS. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2's design is just a little bit lighter and thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), despite of the fact that it was released many years before.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a little better performance than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Quad-Core CPU. Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 features a sharper screen than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 and a lot greater count of pixels per screen inch.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 has a much better camera than Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), because it has a much more mega-pixels camera in the back and a way higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition. The Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020) features a much greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Pad 2, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that allows up to 1000 GB.

Although Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020). If you want to save some dollars, you can get Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus (2020), letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
