The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a general score of 66.3, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note 10.1's global score of 66.3. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a a lot newer portable tablet, and it's also way lighter and thinner than the Galaxy Note 10.1. These tablets work with the same Android 4.4 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that.

The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has an incredibly better display than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher number of pixels per screen inch and a lot better 1600 x 2560 resolution.
