Comparison review
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a global score of 67.9, which is much better than the Alcatel PLUS 12's overall score of 58.9. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 works with Android 4.4 OS, and Alcatel PLUS 12 comes with Windows 10 OS. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is an incredibly older tablet device than the Alcatel PLUS 12, but it is a lot lighter and just a little thinner anyway.
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a much more vibrant screen than Alcatel PLUS 12, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher amount of pixels per inch of display and a better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has just a bit better performance than Alcatel PLUS 12, because although it has 2 GB less RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and faster).
Alcatel PLUS 12 counts with a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Alcatel PLUS 12 also has a SD card slot that holds up to 128 GB. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Alcatel PLUS 12.
The Alcatel PLUS 12 has a much better battery duration than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9.
