IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) is way better than the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, getting a 91.1 score against 67.9. Although iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) is noticeably heavier than the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, it's thinner and notably newer. IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) has iPadOS 14.x operating system, and Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 comes with Android 4.4 operating system.
IPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) features a bit better performance than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, because it has more RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and faster).
