Comparison review
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is much better than the LG G Pad F 8.0, getting a global score of 67.9 against 58.2. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 body is thinner but just a little heavier than the LG G Pad F 8.0, and both of them were released with only a couple of months difference. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has the previous 4.4 version and LG G Pad F 8.0 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a superior processor than LG G Pad F 8.0, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also has more RAM. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a much sharper screen than LG G Pad F 8.0, because it has a lot better screen pixels density, a little bigger screen and a way better resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels.
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 shoots much clearer videos and photos than LG G Pad F 8.0, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also has a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a better storage capacity to install applications and games than LG G Pad F 8.0, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 48 GB more internal memory capacity.
The LG G Pad F 8.0 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9.
