Comparison review
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a bit better than the LG G Pad X 10.1, getting a general score of 67.9 against 67.4. Both tablets we compare here have Android OS, but the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has older 4.4 version while LG G Pad X 10.1 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9's design has the same thickness than LG G Pad X 10.1, but it's much lighter.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a little faster CPU than LG G Pad X 10.1. They have a Quad-Core CPU and a 2 GB RAM. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with an incredibly better display than LG G Pad X 10.1, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater display pixels density and a higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px.
The LG G Pad X 10.1 has a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G Pad X 10.1 features a much better battery duration than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9.
