Comparison review
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a general score of 67.9, which is a bit better than LG G Pad X II 10.1's general score of 65.4. Although the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is older than LG G Pad X II 10.1, it's body is just a bit thinner and a lot lighter. Both tablets in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has the older 4.4 version and LG G Pad X II 10.1 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a much sharper display than LG G Pad X II 10.1, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution and a lot more pixels per inch in the display. The LG G Pad X II 10.1 features a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, because although it has only 16 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 counts with a bit better processing power than LG G Pad X II 10.1, although it has a lower number of cores , they both have 2 GB of RAM. The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 captures better photos and videos than LG G Pad X II 10.1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also has a way more MP back camera.
The LG G Pad X II 10.1 counts with a really longer battery duration than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9.
