Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is a incredibly lighter and somewhat thinner tablet than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE. These tablets include Android operating system, but Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has the newer 4.4 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has Android 3.1 version, so it offers lots of additional features and some performance improvements.
