Comparison review

The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab E 8.0, having a 67.9 score against 64.9. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has 4.4 version while Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. Despite of the fact Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is older and just a little heavier than the Galaxy Tab E 8.0, it's construction is still thinner.

The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features a superior hardware performance than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, and although they both have 4 cores, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also has 512 MB more RAM memory. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features an incredibly better screen than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a quite larger display, a way higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a way better pixel number per inch of display.

The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has a quite bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 counts with a way better battery life than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9.

Galaxy Tab E 8.0 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, although it has a way worse video resolution and a lot less MP resolution back-facing camera, they both have the same camera aperture.
