Comparison review
Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 is much better than Xiaomi pad 5, getting a 67.9 score against 57.7. These tablets include Android OS, but the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 has older 4.4 version and Xiaomi pad 5 has Android 12 version. Amazon Fire HDX 8.9's construction is way lighter than the Xiaomi pad 5, although it's a bit thicker and was released 7 years before.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi pad 5, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1600 x 2560, the Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 also counts with a just a bit greater screen pixels density. The Xiaomi pad 5 has a very superior memory capacity for apps and games than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Amazon Fire HDX 8.9 features a way better performance than Xiaomi pad 5, although it has a lower number of cores and a lower amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi pad 5 has a much longer battery life than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9. Xiaomi pad 5 shoots a lot better photographs and videos than Amazon Fire HDX 8.9, because it has a lot more mega pixels back facing camera, a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better captures and video in poorly lited environments and a lot higher 3840x2160 video resolution.
