Comparison review

Acer Iconia One 8 is a little bit better than Amazon Fire, getting a 53.7 score against 51.1. Acer Iconia One 8's construction is somewhat thinner but a bit heavier than Amazon Fire, and both of them were released with only a few months difference. Both tablets in this comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but Acer Iconia One 8 has a newer 5.1 Lollipop version and Amazon Fire has Android 5.0 version, so it provides lots of additional features.

The Amazon Fire has a bit sharper screen than Acer Iconia One 8, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1024 x 600, a little bit smaller screen and a little bit worse pixels density.
